More than 14 days before the rental date: full refund of any prepaid amount.

Between 14 and 7 days before the rental date: 50% refund.

Less than 7 days before the rental date or no-show: no refund.

Any payment-processor fees may be deducted from refunds.

Safety always comes first. If we judge weather conditions (wind, thunderstorms, fog, dangerous waves) unsafe, we will cancel the rental.

In that case you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to another available date at no extra cost.

Rain alone is not considered unsafe weather and is not a ground for cancellation by the customer.

You can request a date change free of charge up to 7 days before the rental, subject to availability.

Within 7 days of the rental date a rescheduling request may be granted at our discretion.
